Larry Snyder, Principal

Larry Snyder

Mr. Snyder is an operating executive with a strong revenue orientation, deep technical credentials, and the ability to build and turn around companies. He is particularly well suited for small to mid-sized technical product and service organizations. With a foundation in software, communications, and engineering, Larry has experience in a range of market verticals including software, IT, power generation, computer simulation, manufacturing, and aerospace. Key skills include product development, market planning and execution, strategic planning, and P&L management.

Larry is presently engaged as Interim VP of Marketing for Load Banks of America (www.loadbanksofamerica.com) and Austin Generator Services, a leading provider of rental and retail power equipment including generators, transformers, and load banks. Larry provides hands-on marketing leadership/execution for this small company and has improved inbound customer inquiries by ten-fold in just a few months. Larry is also serving as an executive coach for the management team in marketing and sales.

Most recently, Larry was Interim VP of Marketing for Accelerated Technologies(www.atirapid.com), a product development consultancy providing solutions to manufacturers from rapid prototyping to bridge and short-run production. Larry led the company through a comprehensive rebranding and repositioning effort that resulted in immediate market response and revenue recovery.

In 2009, Larry was Interim CEO of Anvil Communications, a Wireless Internet Service Provider in central Texas, and communications technology consultancy for commercial and educational institutions. During his tenure, company revenue more than doubled over the prior year and a foundation laid for growth and stability.

Prior to joining OneAccord, Mr. Snyder was the Division and Marketing Vice President for AEgis Technologies Group with responsibility for the company’s engineering simulation software products, and oversight of the company’s contract B&P program for engineering services. He also managed new startup operations for the company in Orlando and Austin.
