Larry Snyder, Partner
Mr. Snyder is a technical marketing and management executive with over 25 years experience in a wide range of product and service categories including software, power generation, engineering simulation, manufacturing, semiconductor, biotech, aerospace, and industrial lighting. With a strong foundation in product development, program management, and engineering services, he brings deep technical insight to the marketing process. Larry has an exceptional ability to translate complex engineering topics into marketable concepts and strategies that drive results.
Specializing in the art of market expansion for technical product companies, Larry architects and directs strategic and tactical marketing programs designed to dramatically improve market visibility and lead generation. Programs involve market research and strategic planning, electronic and print advertising, marketing collateral, sales support, and technical PR. In addition, however, selling to the technical audience means going beyond one-liners and clever graphics. Marketing programs typically involve a healthy dose of well positioned technical articles in the trade media, and white papers used to adjunct sales collateral.
Prior to joining OneAccord, Mr. Snyder held roles as Division and Marketing Vice President for AEgis Technologies Group with responsibility for the company’s engineering simulation software products, and oversight of the company’s contract B&P program for engineering services. He also managed new startup operations for the company in Orlando and Austin. Larry also worked in the agency role with Ward Hill Marketing where he managed marketing programs for clients involved in renewable energy, semiconductor testing, and thermal engineering.
Calling central Texas home, Larry’s nomadic obsession for new ideas, cultures, and opportunities has led him from Minnesota to California, and from Florida to Massachusetts over his career. He has been a youth baseball and softball coach for 17 years, enjoys golf and coastal fishing, and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Larry earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota and MBA through the executive program at the University of Texas at Austin.
