Ananta HejeebuMr. Hejeebu joins OneAccord with more than 18 years of Sales, Management, and Leadership Experience. Highly regarded as an expert in sales methods and execution, best practices and leadership development, Mr. Hejeebu’s experience is diverse - selling directly to consumers, to businesses (direct and channel sales), and serving in the US military.

Mr. Hejeebu served most recently as Vice President, Global & Strategic Accounts at F5 Networks, a Seattle based manufacturer of Internet network and security products. Joining F5 in 1997 as one of the first ten start-up team members, he was a key player through the dot-com boom, F5’s IPO, the stock market crash and most recently F5’s establishment as the #1 global market share leader in the Traffic Management market with nearly $300M in 2005 revenues. His Global Accounts team was responsible for strategic relationships with many of the world’s largest companies including General Electric, Deutsche Bank, UBS, and Microsoft. Revenue grew from these key accounts from under $10M in 2002 to more than $60M in 2005. Mr. Hejeebu also served two years with F5 as Senior Director, Global Sales Development, responsible for sales training for both F5 employees and channel partners. He conducted more than 100 seminars across North America, Europe and Asia, helping to establish consistent, repeatable sales methodologies. His first role with F5 was as Regional Sales Director, where he brought in many of the company’s original customers and was recognized as the Top Salesperson for 1997, 1998 and 1999.

Prior to F5, Mr. Hejeebu served as District Sales Manager with The Southwestern Company, one of the oldest direct sales firms in the US. In six years, his organization revenue grew by more than 400%, with per person sales productivity improving more than 50%. He was recognized as an outstanding salesperson, recruiter and trainer, earning numerous Salesperson and Sales Leader of the year awards. During his Southwestern tenure, Mr. Hejeebu interviewed more than 2,000 sales candidates, conducted more than 250 sales training seminars, and taught audiences of more than 1,100 people.

Mr. Hejeebu began his career as a Lieutenant in the US Army 18th Airborne Corps, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, after graduating from West Virginia University. He earned an Army ROTC scholarship and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering while at West Virginia. He also earned his M.B.A. with a concentration in Electronic Commerce from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.

Mr. Hejeebu is originally from India, and he and his wife Stacia live outside of Baltimore with their three children. He is very active in his church, coaching in youth sports leagues, participating in various volunteer efforts and serving on the Baltimore Area Advisory Board for the Salvation Army. His free time is usually spent with his family.
