Most recently, Todd was the founder and CEO of Perlego Systems, Inc., an early stage Venture-Backed mobility company focused on helping F1000 companies manage and track their smartphone assets (both data and physical). The company raised in excess of $12m during Todd’s tenure and successfully launched the market leading product while developing relationships with some of the leading distribution companies in the mobile industry.

Several years before starting Perlego, Todd founded another technology company called ELEKOM in 1995. Essential Markets, Inc. was founded to take advantage of the opportunity created by the eProcurement market where F1000 clients using eProcurement systems needed a consolidator to support their thousands of suppliers that didn’t have the technology to connect to their customers. Todd launched the company and product with over 20 F1000 clients in 12 months based on raising in excess of $35m for EssentialMarkets before the company was flattened on 9/11.

A highpoint of Todd’s career was being named one of Seattle’s Top Innovators in November 2010 by Seattle Business Magazine for his role in creating an early stage company focused on exploiting the early stage electrochromic glass industry.
