Mary Allison has over twenty-five years of senior executive leadership and organizational development experience including financial accomplishment and strategic design expertise in the not for profit, private and public sectors. She is passionate about working with social service organizations that are experiencing the challenge of meeting their mission during times of economic, social and leadership change. Her work focuses on the creation and implementation of strategic alignment between organizational goals and leadership actions resulting in outcomes that are mission specific, financially productive and personnel supportive.
For the last six years Ms. Allison has been working as an organizational consultant specializing in the not for profit sector. Her clients include Jubilee Women's Center, Epilepsy Foundation Northwest, Family Law CASA of King County and the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace. Her work has included organization and board leadership, strategic goal development, fund raising and conflict resolution. She has Chaired both not-for-profit and for-profit Boards, granting her unique perspective with client staff and volunteer leadership. She has expertise in major donor development and retention as well as capital campaign management. Prior to becoming a consultant, Ms. Allison served for over twenty years in executive leadership for organizations such as Eddie Bauer, Garden Botanika and drugstore.com.
Ms. Allison earned her MA degree in Organizational System Design and Renewal from Seattle University, and her BA in Communications from Washington State University.
