Vince Sheeran, Principal

Vince Sheeran is a business executive with over 29 years experience in the Software and Business Services Industries. He has built global sales organizations, run corporate marketing, and grown public and private companies through acquisition and organic growth. Vince has sold companies and built successful operating teams as a COO, CEO and Board Member. Vince has a wide range of skills across all functional areas, including sales & marketing, operations, and finance. He has extensive experience working with sales teams that market and sell complex products and solutions which require the quantification, communication and delivery of measureable value in order to secure the business. Vince has a track record of hiring, training and coaching sales and sales management teams that execute a repeatable sales process that focuses on a sales team's total revenue performance. His strength is in the application or reengineering of technology, methods and processes used in the daily activity of producing revenue and ensuring maximum revenue performance through the up-front analysis, planning and communication, delivery and management of critical revenue enhancement projects.

Vince was most recently COO and a Director of VeriComply. VeriComply automates Legal Processes, Compliance, and Business Transactions with a single authoritative source of verified documents and data. VeriComply is a cloud based digital vault and library of legal applications. The solution drives down the risk and cost of compliance, operations and transactions by automating repetitive tasks normally performed by expensive legal and business professionals.

Prior to VeriComply, Vince was the CEO and a Director of Wherify Wireless where he was responsible for overhauling the product strategy and building an open Location Based Services (LBS) software platform. Vince successfully negotiated the extension of $5M in secured debt and settlement of over $1M in unsecured liabilities while obtaining $800k in bridge financing. The company entered into a merger agreement which included a capital raise of $15M - $20M for the partial debt restructure of both companies, the conditional restructure of $18M in unsecured debt and $6M in secured.

Vince also served as the President and CEO of UltraLink, Inc. where he was responsible for stabilizing, growing and transforming the business into a well-respected HRO with a broad range of services. He was responsible for assembling a talented team and reducing operating expenses while building new sales pipeline valued at over $20M to support 30% annual revenue growth forecasted. He managed an extensive M&A search culminating in the successful sale of the company to Baring Private Equity/Secova in April 2006.

Prior to UltraLink, Vince was a senior executive at Epicor Software until 2001 where he helped grow the company from $30M to $285M in revenue. In his role as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, he was responsible for profit and loss for all international regions and directed the company's overall sales efforts. He also held several other senior positions at Epicor, including Senior Vice President of Marketing.

Vince holds a B.S in Management and Management Sciences from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
