A California native, Rhonda has a Bachelors degree in Communication Arts from California Lutheran College. For the past 25 years, Rhonda has led organizations in sales, marketing, purchasing and operations to achieve peak performance.
She began her career in market research and then moved quickly into sales, which fed her passion to grow sustainable profitable businesses that improve the lives of many. Her achievements include organic revenue growth exceeding $2B throughout her career. She repackaged a telecom supply chain company offering from a distribution model to an outsourcing model, growing the business from $50M annually to nearly $700M in less than 3 years. In her next venture, Rhonda led a midsized, narrowly focused telecom company to broaden their product lines and market reach, ultimately creating the #2 global player in a B2B service business. In addition, she lead this company to enter into manufacturing with the acquisition of several product lines building customer breadth worldwide and becoming a core profit center for the company. In her most recent endeavor in the for profit education space, she recognized and acted on untapped market trends, growing revenue 27% with EBITDA growth of 40% year over year - building a trajectory of sustainable growth in the years to follow. Rhonda is forward thinking, strategic, creative and high energy which inspires the best of those around her to achieve their fully potential.
Industry experience includes B2B, B2C, telecommunications, manufacturing and service industries, supply chain logistics, outsourcing, and for-profit education. She has lead in small, midsized and Fortune 500 organizations.
Rhonda has been privileged to participate in many public speaking engagements to include “Building Customer Excellence”- Supply Chain Logistics Conference (multiple years), the Quest Forum, Best Practices Conference and last but not least, the commencement address for over 30 school graduations.
Honors include GTE Chairman Leadership Award 1997 (the highest honor in the former GTE Corporation), Chairman’s Leadership Award Finalist 1998, Verizon’s High Achievers Award Recipient 2000.
