Team Interview Process

The OneAccord interview process is both comprehensive and mutual, with an emphasis on providing all the relevant information on the front end, and then only moving forward with strong mutual interest at every step. If you are interested in exploring a fit with the OneAccord team, then please review the following:


  1. Contact Us: Review the OneAccord Platform. Then send a resume to careers@oneaccordpartners.com.

  2. Initial Meeting: Upon review of your experience we will set up a quick informational phone call or meeting with a Senior Partner.

  3. Informational Presentation and Interview: We will send you the link and access information to view an in-depth presentation. The intention is to fully clarify the unique OneAccord model and relevant details in becoming a member. This is followed by an informative interview to address any remaining questions and to understand your objectives.

  4. Member Interviews: Next, we will set up times for you to speak with a couple of members to further discuss your background experience, perspectives and objectives.

  5. Final Interviews: You will also have an opportunity to meet Jeff Rogers, OneAccord’s CEO. You will then have a final meeting with the Senior Partner. If there is strong mutual agreement at this stage, you will be invited to join OneAccord, and attend the three day new member orientation and training in Kirkland, Washington.
