The OneAccord interview process is both comprehensive and mutual, with an emphasis on providing all the relevant information on the front end, and then only moving forward with strong mutual interest at every step. CONTACT US: Review Join the OneAccord Team. Then send a CV/resume to careers@oneaccordpartners.com.
INITIAL MEETING: Upon review of your experience we will set up a quick informational phone call or meeting with a Regional Managing Principal.
INFORMATIONAL PRESENTATION AND INTERVIEW: We will send you the link and access information to view an in-depth presentation. The intention is to fully clarify the unique OneAccord model and relevant details in becoming a member. This is followed by an informative interview to address any remaining questions and to understand your objectives.
MEMBER INTERVIEWS: Next, we will set up times for you to speak with a couple of members to further discuss your background experience, perspectives and objectives.
TARGET PROFILE: Following interviews, you will be asked to complete an in-depth assessment online. There is a follow-up interview to go through the results and how they compare.
FINAL INTERVIEWS: Following the Target Profile, you will have a final meeting with the Regional Managing Principal. In that meeting you will also meet the OneAccord CEO. If there is strong mutual agreement at this stage, you will be invited to join OneAccord, and attend the New Member Orientation in Kirkland, Washington.
