The client, a relatively new services company providing executive transportation services with a basic business plan and limited investment capital, needed to rapidly and effectively ramp up sales and build a pipeline of business through clearly defined channels and target markets. They also needed to build a scalable and repeatable sales model that would allow for local revenue growth and set the stage for expansion and future acquisition or investment.

The Business Situation
The owner perceived a market opportunity, but had no revenues or sales team to execute in accordance with objectives. In addition, no target profile, messaging, or clients were in place.

The OneAccord Solution
OneAccord delivered our Rapid Revenue services over a three-month period in which we designed and implemented a comprehensive sales process while rapidly generating a healthy sales pipeline. OneAccord defined a sales strategy and executed on that strategy to provide sales and sales leadership on a month-by-month basis for the client company. This included making phone, email, and in-person sales contacts, setting appointments for closing meetings, and closing business. This also included the development of defined target markets customer account lists, a sales process, phone and in-person sales scripts, and success metrics and activity measurement tools.
