OneAccord NFP is a practice of OneAccord, LLC, based in Bellevue, Washington which was founded and is led by CEO Jeff Rogers. OneAccord, with its 40+ consultants, helps both for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations in the area of revenue growth, top level marketing strategies, and organizational effectiveness. Additionally, the firm is led by President Scott Smith as of January 2011, who directs the overall operations of OneAccord and leads on numerous corporate initiatives including training of Principals. Scott and Jeff regularly interact with the NFP leadership team and provide overall strategic input and coordination with the corporate practice of OneAccord.

Jeff has been involved in both sales and management development for the last 25 years and is founder of OneAccord. His work history includes the strategic selection, development and training of a sales force that began as 56 people and grew to 340, a 36% annual growth rate. His recruiting and sales team development experience is based on personally interviewing more than 10,000 individuals and directing over 1,500 recruiting meetings across all of Canada, Western US, and Mexico. Jeff serves as Chairman and CEO of OneAccord. In that role, Jeff charts the strategic direction of the company and spearheads many of our industry and recruitment initiatives. Full Bio

Scott Smith has an extensive performance history in creating revenue. Scott's revenue experience covers two decades of implementing sales and marketing strategies including consulting, manufacturing, telemarketing, telecommunications, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining OneAccord, Scott was President / CEO of Seattle based sheet metal contract manufacturing business. During his ten years in this role, the company grew revenues from $18m to $70m. Scott joined OneAccord in June of 2009 and immediately joined the ranks as one of the highest producers at the firm. Complimenting his operating experience with several successful customer engagements and his unique ability to develop and train sales leaders, Scott was promoted to the role of President effective January of 2011.
